Where We Deliver 

We will deliver your wine to anywhere in the United Kingdom except for the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland.

Delivery Timescales

Standard Delivery 

Our delivery charge is £6.00 per order to a single address. Standard delivery is a 3-5 working day service for all orders. However, there are a few exceptions which are shown below.

Please note that at certain times (such as Christmas) the cut-off time required for delivery may change. Any changes will be shown on the website.

Next Day Delivery Service

We currently do not offer a next-day delivery service. All orders are expected to be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Delivery Timescale Exception

Please allow at least 72 hours for delivery to: Scotland and Scottish Isles: AB30-31, 33-38, 41-45, 51-56, 63; DD8-10; FK1, 3, 8, 17-21, HS1-9; IV21; IV1-11, 10-28, 30-32, 36, 40-56, 63; KA27-28; KW1-3, 5-17; PA20-49, 49-88; PH10-11, 13-26, 30-44, 49, 50; PA44; PH41-44, TR21-25; ZE1-3.

Weekend Deliveries

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a delivery service to the Scottish Highlands over the weekend. Orders to these areas that are placed after 4pm Thursday may not be scheduled for delivery until the start of the next week depending on your postcode. Please use the form on the Contact Us page for further clarity if this may impact your order.

Delivery Carriers 

Our deliveries are made by third party carriers. Some standard deliveries do not require a signature; however, we require that any order of £500 or more must be signed for (even if you select alternative delivery instructions when placing the order). If you are out, the delivery driver may be able to leave your order for you in accordance with the instructions that you gave us when you placed your order, for example, in a safe place (except any order of £500 or more) or to a neighbouring address and if this is not possible, a card will be posted through your letterbox with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery. You should keep your delivery note and all packaging and should notify us immediately if any of the order is missing or damaged. If your order is £500 or more, and therefore a signature is required, please ensure that you are available to sign for the delivery.

The costs of delivery will be displayed to you on our website. Our designated courier will give you an estimated delivery date through their electronic communication with you. Occasionally our delivery to you may be affected by an event outside our control. 

If no one is available at your address to take delivery and you give us no other instructions at the time of placing your order, our carriers will usually:

  • leave your parcel in a safe place;
  • leave your parcel with a neighbour; or
  • leave you a note which informs you that they have attempted to deliver the Product. If this happens, please follow the carrier's instructions as to how to re-arrange delivery.
